50g great quailty organic nutritive herb Natural source of Iron, Calcium, Protein, Trace Minerals, K & B vitamins + more. Helps to detoxify & nourish our bodies. I recommend for; fatigue, hay fever, low iron, heavy periods, gout, skin diseases, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, impaired urinary flow, prostrate health & anyone wanting better health. Food recipes: Cooked & used as any other green. Makes a yummy pesto & in miso soup. Herbal infusions: 2-4 grams (2-4 heaped tea spoons) per 200mls (1 cup). Poor boiled water over herb – steep with cover on for 4-10 hours. Can be kept in the fridge for 3 days. May add more water to taste then drink hot or cold, can add honey or slice of lemon. *Herbs I use are organic, ethically & sustainably harvested. Plus, tested free of possible contaminates such as mould & toxic heavy metals*

Cancelation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment, especially as I only take on a very limited amount of space for new clients each week. 24 hours allows me time to offer someone else your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of service charge booked in for. Thank you
